We at CNC Motors are proud to bring to market this 2013 Mini Cooper S with the very rare GP package by John Cooper Works. This two owner California car has only traveled 30,509 miles since new. It comes with a Thule roof rack as well as all of its factory options that make up the John Cooper Works GP Package. If the limited edition fact doesn't draw you in with only 2,000 of these being produced worldwide of which 500 are coming to the States, all the go-faster goodies should. The 1.6-liter turbo four has reinforced pistons, more robust cylinder head, lighter crankshafts and sodium-filled exhaust valves. Compared to the normal John Cooper Works, the GP sees horsepower go up a smidgen to 211 from 208, but peak torque climbs a fair bit from 207 lb-ft to 260 lb-ft. Remember that 260 lb-ft is there from 1,750 to 5,750 rpm, which is mighty wide. On the suspension front, there are adjustable coil overs that should interest all you track rats. Ride height can be adjusted to best suit whatever track you're at, which is cool. Mini engineers also increased front and rear camber, and reduced front toe. Car is equipped with Pirelli tires as well. The 215/40 ZR 17's have some real stiff sidewalls, but help return sharp steering response. Crank the wheel and the car moves and changes direction right there and then. There's also a GP racing mode for the stability control, which doesn't cut engine power and relies just on braking. To look the part, the GP has a larger front lip spoiler, rear diffuser, side sills and rear spoiler with the car painted with an exclusive Thunder gray metallic paint color and red accents. Inside, there are Recaro seats with generous side bolsters. On the road the GP is stiff, even the smallest bumps are felt in the cabin with the suspension and tires not providing much give but around some bends the car offers a lot of grip before giving away to under steer. This is certainly a car one would like to get out onto a racetrack. The cabin is typical Mini with toggle switches and the giant center cluster. The Recaro seats are comfortable and supportive and the deleted backseat with a large red support bar running across the back of the car hampers cargo carrying abilities a bit, but nothing says hardcore like a deleted backseat. This car also comes with all of its books, factory window sticker (MSRP) as well as both keys. DRIVE AND ENJOY YOUR INVESTMENT -
